My journey into psychology was sparked by a simple yet profound realization: sometimes, understanding ourselves feels like the hardest task of all. In my own moments of feeling lost, it was the support of others that helped me find clarity and confidence, and that experience drove me to dive into the world of counseling. Equipped with a master’s in counseling psychology, I now dedicate myself to helping others on their journeys toward self-discovery and healing.

In our sessions, I focus deeply on nurturing self-love, which I see as the heart of all true healing. To me, self-love is about accepting your most authentic self — not the self shaped by others’ expectations or judgments, but the version of you that feels real and whole. This journey is about clearing away the layers of self-doubt and embracing who you genuinely are. We’ll also explore inner child healing, reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have felt unseen or misunderstood. Together, we’ll build resilience, giving you the tools to face life’s highs and lows with a sense of inner strength. Our work will also touch on relationship dynamics, helping you understand how to connect meaningfully with others and, most importantly, with yourself.
