I am a trauma-informed and queer-affirmative therapist who believes that therapy is deeply connected to our socio-political and cultural identities. These identities shape our experiences both within and beyond therapy, and I aim to create a space that where they are acknowledged, respected, and explored with care. My approach is non pathologising, collaborative, and process oriented, and I focus on your unique story and what you need to feel supported.

Life can sometimes feel tough & messy, and we might find ourselves wondering where to even start. I’m here to help you make sense of your emotions, untangle complicated situations, and build better relationships - with others and with yourself. We’ll work together at a pace comfortable to you, to help you feel more grounded, and understood.
