I am a queer-affirmative therapist with a warm and nonjudgmental approach. I believe that each person has unique strengths, and I work to empower my clients in improving their mental health and well-being.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring cozy coffee shops, baking, and immersing myself in books. I’m also a Formula One enthusiast, love listening to music, and find joy in traveling.

With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and over 1.5 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I have worked at a crisis helpline, offering empathetic care and support to individuals aged 16 to 80.

I adopt an eclectic approach to therapy, integrating techniques like CBT, REBT, and SFBT, among others, along with a mindfulness-based perspective to create a holistic and supportive environment for my clients.

I specialize in areas such as suicide and crisis intervention, relationship challenges, interpersonal conflicts, self-esteem, body image, self-worth, confidence issues, and concerns related to anxiety and depression.
