How I can help you..

I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, body image issues, bullying, academic or job stress, and women’s well-being. While I use an eclectic approach, I’m particularly fond of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness—because, let’s face it, who couldn’t use a little more clarity and calm?

I’m all about creating a safe space for you to unpack those emotional suitcases we all tend to carry around, so you can grow and thrive. My goal? To help you build resilience, find balance, and live a life that feels fuller and more meaningful—without the pressure to have it all figured out, because no one really does!
